If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Returns

We maintain industry standard 7 days return policy. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the sealed original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or Hygiene goods cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Kindly take picture & Videos of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package & send to us at WhatsApp +91 62915 38202 , for eligible you return & refund box open video must be share to us on WhatsApp.

You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:

  1. Package has accessories missing.
  2. Received damaged or broken bottles/pack.
  3. Wrong product delivery.
  4. Expired product delivery.

In case you received a wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe, sale pack, unused and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packing for successful return & refund.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The product is damaged.
  2. It is without invoice.
  3. It is with tampered batch number and price.
  4. It is without its original packaging.
  5. If the product used
  6. If the product seal opened.
  7. If you don’t have & share box open video.

Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.

If a pilfered delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made within 24 hours of the order delivery.

Products once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if it falls under any of the scenarios stated below:

  1. Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
  2. Failure to provide snapshots of the Invoice, packet and box (if any).

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Please note that orders for Festive Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you and send you an email & WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, we will issue you an exclusive discount coupon of agreed refund amount which will have no validity and can be used on any of your future purchase.

Refund processing may take upto 5 – 7 business days.

For International Shipment – Refunds on International shipment is only possible for the product value. Shipping charges on international shipment will be not borne by us once the shipment has left our facility.

Product Bought in Sale (if applicable)

Unfortunately, products bought during sale period cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged if the product is not damaged.

FAIR USAGE POLICY

We go to extensive lengths for smooth user experience. However, at times we need to be stringent with our policies to serve our customers better. We have noticed that although a vast majority of our customers have genuine concerns, where we are always upfront to support; there are some accounts that abuse our liberal return and exchange policies. These accounts typically return items, choose not to accept our shipments or demand cashback for issues that we are not responsible for. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to purchase these products themselves. To protect the right of our customers, our customer care support team reserves the right to assess, judge and then take the necessary action at their discretion.

IMPAIRMENT & DAMAGES

We take the utmost care and accountability while sending our products to you. Your package is screened and goes through an extensive quality check so that we deliver the best to you. However, if you have received partial, void or damaged items through your order on our website directly, kindly contact the customer service team within 24 hours of the order delivery. Please keep a note of the following:

  1. Do not use the products
  2. Take proper snapshots of the products
  3. Keep the invoice copy with you.

If, however, the order is placed through an online marketplace, please raise the issue to our customer service team. In such a case, “Aromayuth” is not responsible for any damages caused.

SUSPENDING PROMOTIONS

SPECMADE and our brands “Glamwish” & “Aromayuth” reserve the right to cancel any on-going or future promotions, offers, sales, gifts and giveaways on the products without any liabilities.
